R3 Asia team and R3's Partners are hosting a complimentary Corda Bootcamp on Friday 2nd November 2018 in Hong Kong. This event is organised in support of the Hong Kong FinTech Week 2018: www.fintechweek.hk

A full day of hands-on training with expert instructors will give you the know-how and assurance to come away as an official blockchain developer.

Upon completion of the course, you will be fully competent on Corda and ready to start building your own CorDapps. The demand for DLT-related knowledge and technology is becoming increasingly widespread across multiple industries.

This course is designed for anyone who is interested in the Blockchain technology, and how the Blockchain applications can be adopted to various industry. The outline of the course contents is as follows:

  • Introduce the fundamentals of Blockchain technology
  • Examine Blockchain business use cases
  • Explore Blockchain applications across various industry

Course Fee HK$9,000 - This course has been submitted to the VTC - Reindustrialization and Technology Training Programme (RTTP) for funding support. Once approved, eligible participants may receive a maximum grant of HK$6,000 (subject to VTC final audit letter). (jpg) (pdf)

Blockchain Technical Programme

Co-Hosted by Hong Kong Productivity Council

This course is designed for anyone who is interested in Blockchain technology or would like to develop career in the Blockchain sector. The outline of the course contents is as follows:

  • This is a two-day course that will explore the details of Blockchain technology and its application, implementation and security concerns.
  • It provides hands-on training for participants to design, build, deploy, and test a decentralised Blockchain application built on the R3 Corda platform.

Course Fee HK$18,000 - This course has been submitted to the Vocational Training Council (VTC) - Reindustrialization and Technology Training Programme (RTTP) for funding support. Once approved, eligible participants may receive a maximum grant of HK$12,000 (subject to VTC final audit letter). (jpg) (pdf)
